Our pricing is calculated based on route, duration, timing and custom requirements, so having these details upfront allows us to respond efficiently and avoid delays or revisions later.

We respond within 24–48 hours to detailed enquiries received via our online form or email. Incomplete requests may delay replies.

Once we check the date of your occasion (with journey details) is available, we can supply a quote for the journey.

We’ll then require a deposit for your booking to secure your date.

Specific vehicles from our fleet will always be first come first serve. We will confirm availability by checking the date/availability to let you know.

• Multi-Stop — planned stops at restaurants, photo locations, etc., which need to be detailed in your enquiry to calculate time and pricing.

Book early — especially for weekends, bank holidays and peak seasons — so we can secure your preferred vehicle and itinerary.

Due to various high season weekends being booked in advance, dates are booked on a first come, first served basis once deposit has also has been placed

The capacity is a absolute maximum of 16 per bus, in the Mercedes Sprinter party buses.

Sure, you can that’s not a problem. You can also bring your own drinking glasses if you wish.

Our drinks bars onboard hold up to 18 champagne flutes and 8 tumblers/cups. Disposable drinkware will always be provided with every booking.

Please note, we do not allow food/waste onboard along with damage by these will incur fee payable by named person booking.

Yes, the interior can be decorated with balloons, banners and all the details, especially for the celebrant for a small fee starting from £35.

If you have a specific colour scheme for your milestone birthday or hen do, please let us know and we’ll make sure to add those special touches ready for your event. You can find examples here on our Instagram and options via email if you have received quote details.

Unfortunately, due to high risk of safety and damage, we can not permit decor to be applied to the interior of the vehicles.

One way journey; An A to B journey or single trip.

Tour; also known as a Drive Around - best known for a London landmark tour, not including stop offs.

Return Journey; A to B, B to A OR A to B, B to C etc. This journey includes waiting time for a restaurant booking, concert or sporting events etc.

Continuous Drive; A drive around A to A or A to B, for a minimum of an hour (60 minutes) or a maximum of 2 hours (120 minutes).

Please supply ALL details for the following;

Multiple Stop Journey; This may be a day trip with several activities in different locations within the city.

Return Journey with an extra stop off; A return journey which may include an extra pick up or drop off, either end of the journey. This stop detail will have to be confirmed before the drive time.

Day Return/’Day hire’; This may be an early departure time and later evening return time.

Yes, disposable drinkware will be provided for your party, placed in the drinks bar spaces inside the vehicle.

For an extra fee, we can also include extra special touches for the celebration to make full use of the drinks bars whilst travelling with us

We are unable to hire our vehicles as self drive or as a dry hire booking

Subject to availability, we can provide hire under short notice We require 60% of the quoted fee at the time of enquiry, to secure and prepare the hire for the journey
